State driving laws questioned

Unfortunately making it more difficult for teens to drive, means that they will continue to be inexperienced and dangerous for a much longer period of time. Instead of punishing all teens and endangering everyone on the road, the “activists” and legislators should just apply some common Libertarian sense, and punish only those who are responsible for accidents, this would be better for everyone.
